Sany's first SCC18000TM-8 crawler crane 10MW fan hoisting debut!

According to Sany Crane news, in the early morning of November 21, the second phase of Xinjiang Huadian Dabancheng 500,000 kW wind power project, the first 10MW fan was completed by Sany SCC18000TM-8 crawler crane.

It is reported that the 10MW fan installed this time has a hub center height of 125m, a cabin weight of 160t and a total weight of 200t with spreader. SCC18000TM-8 "138+9" standard wind power conditions, load rate of 70%.

 

Due to the strong wind during the day, all lifting work can only be carried out at night, the fan began to assemble on November 11, the pole on the 15th, and the lifting of the first section of the tower barrel in the early morning of the 16th, and finally completed all the installation work of the machine position within the scheduled time.

The lifting was the first show of the country's first SCC18000TM-8 crawler crane, and the whole vehicle was installed in 2 days.
